Our Services


One-on-one psychology sessions are available under a mental health care plan from your GP or through self-referral.

  • Psychology sessions are 50 minutes in duration, utilising evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, and Compassion-Focused Therapy.

  • Positive Parenting Program (Triple P)
